Payments are due on the last day of each month and are charged in advance.

Credit/debit card payment will incur 3% service fee.

The first month will be prorated and billed from the date the service is started

A minimum of thirty days' notice is required for all cancellations. You can cancel at any time by contacting us at 678-206-5465, and we will send you a link to complete a short cancellation form. Service will be canceled 30 days from the time we receive the form.

Video monitoring efforts are conducted on a commercially reasonable, best-effort basis. No warranties or guarantees are made regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of such monitoring.
